歡迎使用 SHD Cloud 雲端託管平台。本服務條款(以下稱「本條款」)規範您使用我們服務的權利與義務。使用本服務即表示您同意遵守本條款的所有規定。


📋 第一條:定義與說明

1.1 服務提供者

SHD Cloud(以下稱「我們」)是一家專業提供雲端託管服務的平台,致力於為用戶提供穩定、安全的伺服器部署環境。

1.2 服務內容

本服務包括但不限於:

  • 🖥️ 伺服器託管服務
  • 🎛️ 管理面板系統
  • 📊 資源監控界面
  • 🔧 技術支援服務
  • 📚 相關文檔與教學

1.3 用戶定義

「用戶」、「您」指所有註冊並使用本服務的個人或組織。


👥 第二條:用戶資格與註冊

2.1 年齡限制

  • 最低年齡要求:13 歲(含)以上
  • 未成年用戶:13-18 歲用戶需獲得父母或法定監護人同意
  • 成年用戶:18 歲(含)以上用戶可獨立使用本服務

2.2 地理限制

目前本服務僅向以下地區提供:

2.3 帳戶管理

  • 單一帳戶原則:每位用戶僅可註冊一個帳戶
  • 禁止分身帳戶:違反者將面臨帳戶停權及伺服器刪除
  • 🔒 帳戶安全:用戶有責任保護帳戶資訊安全

📜 第三條:使用規範與行為準則

3.1 法律遵循

  • 用戶必須遵守所在地區的所有適用法律法規
  • 禁止從事任何違法犯罪活動
  • 尊重智慧財產權及他人合法權益

3.2 禁止行為

以下行為嚴格禁止,違者將面臨服務終止:

🚫 對他人的不當行為

  • 威脅恐嚇 - 任何形式的威脅或恐嚇行為
  • 詐騙行為 - 金錢詐騙、身份冒用等
  • 仇恨言論 - 基於種族、宗教、性別等的歧視言論
  • 騷擾霸凌 - 持續性騷擾或網路霸凌
  • 誹謗中傷 - 散布不實資訊損害他人名譽

🔒 對服務的不當行為

  • 網路攻擊 - DDoS 攻擊、入侵嘗試等
  • 服務濫用 - 超出合理使用範圍的資源消耗
  • 系統干擾 - 干擾正常服務運作
  • 惡意破壞 - 故意破壞系統或他人資料

3.3 內容限制

禁止託管或傳播以下內容:

  • 🚫 非法內容 - 違法資料、盜版軟體等
  • 🚫 惡意程式 - 病毒、木馬、惡意軟體
  • 🚫 代理服務 - VPN、Proxy 等代理服務

🛡️ 第四條:服務提供與限制

4.1 服務性質

  • 本服務以「現狀」提供,不保證絕對無中斷
  • 我們致力提供 99.9% 的服務可用性
  • 定期維護可能導致短暫服務中斷

4.2 資源限制

  • 每個帳戶的資源使用受到合理限制
  • 超出限制可能導致服務暫停
  • 具體限制詳見資源政策說明

4.3 服務修改權

  • 我們保留修改或終止服務的權利
  • 重大變更將提前30 天通知用戶
  • 緊急安全修復可能無法事前通知

⚠️ 第五條:免責聲明與責任限制

5.1 資料安全免責

📝 第六條:條款修改與通知

6.1 修改權利

我們保留隨時修改本條款的權利,修改後的條款將:

  • 在網站上公開發布
  • 通過電子郵件主動通知用戶
  • 自發布日起即刻生效

6.2 用戶選擇

如不同意修改內容,用戶可選擇:

  • 停止使用本服務
  • 刪除帳戶及相關資料
  • 繼續使用視為接受新條款

Welcome to SHD Cloud hosting platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By using our service, you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms.


📋 Article 1: Definitions and Descriptions

1.1 Service Provider

SHD Cloud ("we", "us") is a professional cloud hosting platform dedicated to providing stable and secure server deployment environments for users.

1.2 Service Content

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • 🖥️ Server Hosting Services
  • 🎛️ Management Panel System
  • 📊 Resource Monitoring Interface
  • 🔧 Technical Support Services
  • 📚 Related Documentation and Tutorials

1.3 User Definition

"User", "you" refers to all individuals or organizations who register and use our services.


👥 Article 2: User Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirements

  • Minimum Age: 13 years old and above
  • Minor Users: Users aged 13-18 require parental or legal guardian consent
  • Adult Users: Users 18 and above can use the service independently

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Currently, our services are only available to the following regions:

  • 🇹🇼 Republic of China (Taiwan)
  • 🇭🇰 Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
  • 🇲🇾 Malaysia

2.3 Account Management

  • Single Account Policy: Each user may register only one account
  • No Multiple Accounts: Violators face account suspension and server deletion

📜 Article 3: Usage Guidelines and Code of Conduct

3.1 Legal Compliance

  • Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
  • Prohibited from engaging in any illegal criminal activities
  • Respect intellectual property rights and others' legitimate rights

3.2 Prohibited Activities

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in service termination:

🚫 Inappropriate Behavior Towards Others

  • Threats and Intimidation - Any form of threatening or intimidating behavior
  • Fraud - Financial fraud, identity theft, etc.
  • Hate Speech - Discriminatory speech based on race, religion, gender, etc.
  • Harassment and Bullying - Persistent harassment or cyberbullying
  • Defamation - Spreading false information to damage others' reputation

🔒 Inappropriate Behavior Towards Services

  • Cyber Attacks - DDoS attacks, intrusion attempts, etc.
  • Service Abuse - Resource consumption beyond reasonable use
  • System Interference - Interfering with normal service operations
  • Malicious Destruction - Intentionally damaging systems or others' data

3.3 Content Restrictions

Prohibited from hosting or distributing the following content:

  • 🚫 Illegal Content - Illegal materials, pirated software, etc.
  • 🚫 Malicious Programs - Viruses, trojans, malware
  • 🚫 Proxy Services - VPN, Proxy, and other proxy services

🛡️ Article 4: Service Provision and Limitations

4.1 Service Nature

  • Services are provided "as is" without guarantee of absolute uninterrupted service
  • We strive to provide 99.9% service availability
  • Regular maintenance may cause brief service interruptions

4.2 Resource Limitations

  • Each account's resource usage is subject to reasonable limits
  • Exceeding limits may result in service suspension
  • Specific limits detailed in Resource Policy Documentation

4.3 Service Modification Rights

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate services
  • Major changes will be notified 30 days in advance
  • Emergency security fixes may be implemented without prior notice

⚠️ Article 5: Disclaimers and Liability Limitations

5.1 Data Security Disclaimer

  • 📂 File Integrity: We do not guarantee absolute integrity of user data
  • 💾 Data Backup: Users are strongly advised to backup important data themselves
  • 🔥 Disaster Disclaimer: Losses caused by natural disasters, human errors, etc.

5.2 Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We do not assume responsibility for indirect losses, profit losses, etc.
  • Free services do not provide compensation for any form of losses

5.3 Third-Party Content

  • Users bear complete responsibility for their hosted content
  • We do not review or assume responsibility for user content
  • Legal disputes arising from user content must be handled by users themselves

6.1 Modification Rights

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be:

  • Publicly posted on our website
  • Actively notified to users via email
  • Effective right after publication

6.2 User Options

If you disagree with modifications, users may choose to:

  • Stop using our services
  • Delete account and related data
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of new Terms
